We are seeking an Experienced HHA/CNA/PCA Day/night Per-diem Homecare to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregiver to provide high quality patient care.

 

Hello everyone! I hope this finds you well.

 

My name is Analyn Miller. I am the Chief Geriatric Wellness Officer at AGING & CAREGIVING SOLUTIONS. I am a daughter, a sibling, a mother, a good neighbor, a fellow parishioner and a geriatric wellness nurse.

 

I come from a family of health care professionals and collectively we have half of century of experience in caregiving, so I have seen firsthand what it means to provide care to a loved one, take care of career demands, grow business, and still manage to have a family and personal life.

 

After many years of working in the hospitals, I found that I really enjoyed working with older adults, especially those who are motivated to remain young-hearted and active.

 

In the last three years, I also discovered that many older adults have a difficult time navigating our fragmented elderly healthcare system, especially those who do not have adult family members who are able to provide care and support.

 

I have combined my experiences and the current challenges of the American elderly health system into a comprehensive wellness and aging in place service called AGING & CAREGIVING SOLUTIONS.

 

I specialized in caring for older adults and their families.

I help older adults to LIVE OUT LOUD and enjoy their golden years.

What I do for them spans from simple things like an errand to the post office, to escort to a wellness appointment, to going to the senior center to play cards, helping someone who lives in a retirement community to get ready for their day all the way to helping with hands on care, restorative exercises, home making and companionship.

 

My clients are retired executives and busy professional families with aging loved ones. I saw firsthand the challenges of finding reliable, trustworthy, affordable and life enhancing home care so just like that, I decided to start a business so that I could make a difference.

 

I need three people with HEART & PASSION for the elderly to fill the position as Homecare giver. Ability to communicate clearly with compassionate attitude towards our elderly client. Kind and soft spoken. Someone that can provide a kind and gentle touch. Someone who is reliable, trustworthy and goal oriented and someone who has an uplifting spirits.

 

These are perfect positions for allied health students and experienced HHAs/CNAs/PCA’s or those building careers in health-related professions.

 

Pay is great with benefits. Our part-time position comes with every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.
