KPG has partnered with a thriving company in Rancho Cucamonga for a Direct Hire opportunity. Our client is seeking an  Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a dynamic accounts payable process, supervise staff, and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of the finance department.

Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 Annually

Schedule:  Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type:  Direct Hire, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow and scheduling of the accounts payable team.
• Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
• Develop and maintain guidelines for invoice handling and coding.
• Oversee accurate and timely payment processing, including weekly check runs.
• Analyze expense reports and invoices for accuracy and eligibility.
• Maintain and foster vendor account information and relationships.
• Reconcile monthly accounts and assist with year-end audit preparations.
• Perform data entry and process transactions within a large ERP system.
• Track and record recurring monthly expenses.
• Assist with ad hoc finance/accounting projects as directed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• 5-7 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Best-in-class customer service skills.
• Experience with SAP software and VIM preferred.
