Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking an Aerospace Systems Engineer to join their team. As an Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative avionics projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Aerospace Systems Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead the systems modeling effort in the avionics domain using Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect.
• Guide systems engineers with limited modeling experience to develop a complete set of SysML modeling artifacts.
• Define and implement systems modeling guidelines and custom profiles for Honeywell's systems modeling practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems modeling practices.
• Prepare for and participate in panel interviews and onsite interviews as part of the selection process.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience with systems modeling in the avionics domain, particularly using Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers with limited modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of SysML modeling artifacts and the ability to implement modeling guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
