We are seeking a motivated and talented Architectural Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of architectural design, project management, and client interaction, all while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts and project development.
• Assist in drafting architectural plans and drawings using primarily REVIT
• Participate in project scheduling and management tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction methods to support design decisions.
• Prepare presentations and visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite for client meetings.
• Contribute to interior design projects by creating sketches and developing design ideas.
• Support business development efforts by assisting in the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.

Skills

• Proficiency in architectural software.
• Strong drafting skills with an understanding of construction management principles.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques to help manage timelines effectively.
• Creative ability to sketch ideas and concepts for both exterior and interior designs.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling presentations and visual content.
• Interest in business development activities related to architecture and design projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
