Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including hiring, supervising, and supporting staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service, proper stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
• Lead the implementation and management of the food program.
• Serve as a role model for the team by displaying a sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail or food service experience
• Management or supervisory experience
• Recruiting and hiring skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds overhead and occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist.
• Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend, twist, and reach to manage inventory and store operations.
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
• Occasionally climb ladders for storing or retrieving materials and placing signs.
