Job Description

Our full-service marketing and consulting firm is seeking a full-time, in-office AT&T Sales Trainee to join our fast-growing organization. Our newest client is one of the largest and most dedicated telecommunications companies on the market. Our AT&T Sales Trainees are dedicated to providing our clients with out-of-the-box sales and customer enrollment solutions to drive the growth of a strong, high-quality consumer base.

Our most recent venture is expanding multiple offices into the Miami region.

Primary Objective: The AT&T Sales Trainee will act as the liaison between client and customer to drive sales objectives, promote brand visibility, and provide the highest level of customer service. 

Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Trainee: 

  • Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning to clean energy solutions
  • Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers 
  • Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
  • Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
