In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their communication experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive sales by engaging with customers in person to promote AT&T’s wireless products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position AT&T's wireless solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while managing and tracking leads through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, drive performance, and create a positive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet clients and attend events.
