About the Role:

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Ashland Springs FB. As a Banquet Server starting wage is $16.00/hr plus Great Tips, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a banquet or restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with event planning and coordination
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will also use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage service and experience with event planning and coordination will be beneficial in contributing to the success of our events.
