Job Duties:
· Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
· Communicates Delta Hotel offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner
· Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
· Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures
· Connects with guests and anticipates their needs
· Effectively handles each transaction responsibly
· Maintains bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
· Performs clean-up duties in the workspace to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
· Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers
· Performs other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage management.
Applicants Must:
· Be 18 years of age or older.
· Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
· Be able to work standing for 8+ hours.
· Be flexible in scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
