We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent JW Heating &
Air and Adeedo Plumbing. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company,
responsible for promoting our services, engaging with the community, and building strong
relationships with potential clients. Your goal is to generate leads, increase brand awareness and
drive customer engagement through various marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the Brand: Act as the public face of JW Heating & Air, and Adeedo Plumbing representing our values, services, and quality standards at community events, tradeshows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Engage with the Community: To promote our plumbing services, build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Distribute Marketing Materials: Hand out brochures, business cards, and other promotional materials to increase brand visibility in targeted areas.
• Educate Potential Customers: Explain the benefits of our services to potential customers, answer questions, and address concerns to generate leads.
• Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in the company's social media platforms by posting updates, responding to comments, and sharing content related to our services.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams to help improve service offerings.
• Represent at Events: Research, plan, execute, and attend appropriate local or community events ensuring our brand is well-represented and remembered.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of people in a friendly and professional manner.
• Outgoing Personality: Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when interacting with the public.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing Industry: A basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services is an asset, but training will be provided.
• Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations while representing the brand.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry marketing materials, and attend outdoor events.

Physical Requirements:

• The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
• Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
• Standing/Walking up to 8 hours per day;
• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type
• Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to clients, vendors, and stakeholders directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
