Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Business Development professionals and manage their performance and development
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Set and meet company sales targets
Manage key client relationships and build new client relationships
Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands
Develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies and budget
Identity and recommend new products and services
Help shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans on how to meet them
Continuously improve and streamline Business Development processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Experience in sales or marketing experience
Experience managing a team and leading process improvements
Construction Industry experience
Understanding of how to sell full turn key projects and has experience with vertical building
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
