Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community We are seeking an outstanding Caregiver to join our team at our community of The Reserve at North Dallas. Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • You MUST be available to work weekends.
• Our working schedule/pattern is 4 days on 2 days off pattern.
• Full Time positions available
• Rotating shift/pattern. Team member will work 2 days on day shift (6am-2pm) then 2 days on evening shift (2pm-10pm) then off 2 days.
• Part Time position available
• PRN (as needed) You MUST be available to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Serve meals
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Escorts to and from meals and activities
• Companionship

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience
• A love for seniors
