About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its national non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will be an innovative change agent, with expertise in fundraising, advocacy, and public policy. Strong financial acumen, resource stewardship, and a commitment to best practices in governance are essential. The CEO must be an inspiring communicator, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and demonstrate extraordinary judgment, integrity, and ethics. A background in social services or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory, and the candidate should be prepared to work closely with the Board of Directors to carry out the organization's mission and vision.
