We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle. Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to inspire and motivate others. Customer service and sales experience preferred, and no medical experience required. Physician's Plan is a growing company, and we are seeking the right candidate to grow with us!

Job Overview:

Clinical & Administrative

• Manages front desk operations including patient scheduling, chart preparation (electronic + paper), controlling/responding to patient flow during clinic
• Provides relevant information to existing patients and prospects for weight loss, with a focus on aesthetic and med spa services + products
• Ability to showcase nutritional food and skin care products to patients and encourage trial
• Up to 2 hours daily for patient care calls including appointment confirmation, appointment follow-up and events/promotions
• Works closely with the Clinical Coordinator + Director to ensure optimal and seamless teamwork and productivity.
• Ensures the office environment is welcoming and clean and reflects the best possible image for Physician's Plan Weight Loss & Wellness.

• Must have Customer Service & Sales Experience
• Ability to multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Education: High School diploma or GED, college experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
