Based in Miami, we are a top law firm that specializes in commercial litigation. Practice areas include contract disputes, receiverships, fraudulent transfers, commercial tort defense, and defense of putative class action cases.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ JD from an accredited law school
+ FL Bar Admission
+ Commercial litigation experience

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with bankruptcy cases, banking law and regulations
