Position Details:

Location: Remote (work from home on your personal computer)
Schedule: Monday from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM PST (with potential for more hours)
Compensation: Set your own hourly rate! You can negotiate on a per-job basis, giving you the flexibility to manage your earnings.
Job Type: Part-time, flexible work, available nationwide

About the Role:

As a Computer Science tutor, you'll be providing virtual instruction to students of all levels, guiding them through complex topics in AP Computer Science and beyond. You'll have the flexibility to tailor lessons to each student's unique needs, and your approach will often be shaped by their questions and interests. Whether you're leading one-on-one sessions or small group discussions, your goal will be to make learning both engaging and effective.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
Expertise: A strong understanding of AP Computer Science topics is essential. Whether you're well-versed in algorithms, data structures, or coding languages, we want your expertise to shine.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Skills: Ability to make learning fun, interactive, and student-centered. You should be able to adapt to different learning styles and respond to student inquiries in a supportive, engaging manner.
Clearances: Ability to pass a background check, if required.
