Job Description The Construction Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and secure new projects, particularly in the structural and architectural sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Greater Boston area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders in the design and construction community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Provide technical insights to clients, leveraging expertise to guide them in selecting the best solutions for their projects.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.

The Successful Applicant The ideal Construction Business Development Manager should have:
- At least 8+ years in the construction/architectural industry
- Strong technical expertise in structural and architectural products
- A track record of contributing to successful business pursuits in construction or engineering
- Strong connections within the design and construction space
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
