Amotec  is currently hiring a 1st shift Customer Service Representative in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This position is with our client, a leader in the Consumer Products industry .

This Role Offers:

• Shift available: 1st Shift  M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Salary Range: $18.50

Job Description:
The following is a general scope of responsibilities for the 1st shift Customer Service Representative:

• Manage online chats, product inquiries, and complaints
• Document online chats, product inquiries, and complaints in Hubspot
• Resolve complaints
• Answer calls and document the results of calls

Other Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent phone and typing skills
• Professional demeanor and behavior
• Stable work history
• Previous customer service experience including live chat experience
