Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our products and services
Handle limited inside sales—no cold calling required!
Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Manage orders, secure proof approvals, and offer exceptional customer service and support
Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude while supporting the company's commitment to excellence
Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services
Manage and track client cases for the loyalty program
Monitor customer orders and track product shipments
Resolve customer issues promptly, aiming for a one-touch resolution or escalating when necessary to ensure a fast resolution
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team
What We're Looking For

Problem-solving skills, particularly in a customer service environment
Professional written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer interaction best practices
Experience with direct mail marketing is a plus
Preferred Experience & Education
Postsecondary education or relevant work experience preferred, but not required
Previous customer service or inside sales experience is an advantage
