Traveling Dental Receptionist - $24 - $26 per hour

Are you a skilled and adaptable dental receptionist looking for a dynamic role? Join American Dental Solutions as a Traveling Front Desk /Receptionist ! This full-time position provides extra support for our offices, offering a fast-paced and engaging work environment with a supportive team.

If you’re organized, versatile, and willing to travel, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Follow up on no-shows and appointment cancellations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Process payments and daily reports
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dental office experience required
• Dentrix software experience is a plus
• Strong insurance verification skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for coverage
