Job Description

Rally House is seeking a District Manager to join our growing team. The primary role of the District Manager is to provide leadership, management, and supervision of the customer experience and store operations of multiple store locations within an assigned market. The District Manager will plan, implement and follow up on all initiatives and processes within the market. Driving the customer experience while ensuring the store presentation and expense control meet company standards. This position is responsible for teaching, coaching, and training leadership in the stores. Responsibilities include driving and maximizing the customer experience to achieve goals; controlling labor within guidelines by approving all weekly schedules; driving corporate initiatives with a focus on goal attainment and expense control; analyzing financial data to build on strengths, support weak areas and note any unusual occurrences; training Store Managers in recognizing and influencing their business by understanding reports and acting on the knowledge. Conducting store visits to ensure compliance, train, and provide feedback on the customer experience and store operations; providing consistent developmental feedback that empowers and motivates the team; motivating leaders and associates to achieve their maximum potential; communicating effectively with all associates, peers, supervisors, and corporate office; planning, delegating and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities; driving the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team; reviewing store environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement; demonstrating ability to plan and prioritize company objectives and manage time; effectively organizing resources and communications; supervising Store Managers; supervising stores to ensure company standards for visual presentation, signage, cleanliness, and organization; conducting store visits to drive consistent execution; communicating consistently with store personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with policies; attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent leaders and associates; developing a succession plan; training leaders and store associates on standard operating procedures; administering progressive discipline; interacting regularly with store staff to gain insight on morale and suggestions; fostering relationships with critical stakeholders for event venue management where applicable; providing oversight and leadership related to inventory control, personnel, merchandising; participating in key campus or stadium events; communicating weekly with corporate departments; showing initiative to assume additional responsibilities; demonstrating ability to adapt to changes; exemplifying a "Whatever It Takes!" spirit; traveling and working full shifts in stores within a geographic area; ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed; ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, varying days and hours based on business needs.
