Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable On-Call Shipper to assist our team in preparing and shipping auction items to buyers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys hands-on work, has experience with shipping, and is passionate about collectibles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully package and prepare auction items for safe shipment, including rare and fragile items.
• Utilize shipping software to print labels and arrange pickups.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Inspect items for any potential shipping issues and resolve them appropriately.
• Maintain organized shipping records and communicate shipment status to the team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, handling fragile items /or collectibles
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling fragile or valuable items.
• Familiarity with major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and label creation software.
• Ability to work on an as-needed basis with flexibility to respond to auction timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
