• Develop leads specifically tailored to establish a strong client base within the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA.
• Participate in specialized training programs designed to enhance knowledge and skills in the luxury real estate sector.
• Persistently follow up on leads until securing appointments with either a listing or buyer's agent, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails, emphasizing the significance of building relationships and brand recognition.
• Generate and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards achieving company objectives accurately.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into valuable clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system for agent reference.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with a professional and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
• Applicants interested in the position of an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Long Beach, CA, US must possess a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate a strong commitment to obtaining one.
