Job Title: CNC Operator

Compensation:

• Trainee Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
• Shift Premium: Additional $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Experienced CNC Operators: Competitive wages based on experience

Training Schedule:

• Initial training will take place on the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to an off shift.

Shift Hours:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Operators. Whether you're an experienced operator or new to the role, we provide training to ensure your success. In this position, you will operate various CNC machines, perform quality checks, and help maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Load and unload equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks using gauges and other measurement tools to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required.
