Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed dealership sales goals.
  2. Team Leadership : Manage and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
  3. Inventory Management : Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.
  4. Customer Relationship Management : Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and follow-up.
  5. Financial Oversight : Monitor sales performance metrics, budgets, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
  6. Marketing Coordination : Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and attract potential buyers.
  7. Reporting : Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
