Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts and elevate our brand identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to capture the essence of both fine dining and nightlife in their work. This role is critical in shaping the visual narrative of Kiki on the River and ensuring a consistent, impactful presence in the market. Please note this role will require that the candidate work out of our Miami office 2-3 days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that reflects our establishment's dual nature: Greek fine dining and dynamic nightlife.
  • Creative Direction: Lead all graphic design projects from concept to completion, including menus, promotional materials, digital content, signage, and event collateral.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the graphic design team, fostering a collaborative environment encouraging innovation and excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to align design strategies with business objectives and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the design of website elements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and online advertisements to enhance our digital footprint.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for printing, photography, and other creative services to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
  • Budget Management: Manage the graphic design budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, nightlife, or luxury brand sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects that demonstrate creativity, sophistication, and relevance to our brand.
