Philly InMovement is a kid's (and sometimes Adult's) gym with locations in both Queen Village and Bella Vista. Since 2008, InMovement has built a reputation serving children and their families in the community by providing high-quality Gymnastics & Movement programming through classes, parties and camps. All InMovement staff are passionate about what we do, genuine and caring people, who all get along and are loyal and supportive to the businesses mission.
We are currently seeking a fun, energetic and knowledgeable Assistant Gymnastics Coach to work with either our Girls Level 3-5 Compulsory Teams or our Xcel Silver, Gold, and Platinum Teams. Qualified Candidates must have at least 3 years experience teaching gymnastics and a minimum of 1 year coaching a competitive team or alternatively an extensive background as a competitive gymnast. Must have familiarity with USAG requirements and routines and confidence coaching in a competition environment. You need to be a team player, have technical and strong spotting ability, work well with athletes and the other coaches, have the ability to be creative working in small training spaces and be able to go with the flow and be flexible in your role. You will work closely with the Head Coach and other coaches involved in the team program to help make decisions and plan what's best for the gymnasts and the program. It's important that our coaches all support the philosophy and mission of InMovement being an alternative to an intense gymnastics club. For part time must be available a MINIMUM of 2 afternoon/evenings per weekCompensation: $15-$18/hr or Salary with benefits can be discussed if willing to do recreational classes and curriculum building
