This is a full-time, direct placement for Creative Comfort, Inc.

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential commercial buildings. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems to maximize customer comfort and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating motors.
• Install and repair ductwork and piping systems to ensure proper airflow and refrigerant circulation.
• Install and program thermostats and other HVAC control systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
• Communicate with customers to explain the work to be performed, answer questions, and provide guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments related to HVAC systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Refrigerant Certification
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including their design, operation, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
