Farmers Insurance has several attractive acquisition opportunities for Agency Ownership. You'll get to take over in an already established agency.

• Ready to Open your Doors? We have helped the right individuals go from first interview to opening their own agency in as little as 90 days! (this time frame is for the eager go-getter)
• Want to purchase an existing agency? We do have an Agency for Sale!
• Would you like to keep your current job while you train and sell with us on YOUR schedule? We can make that happen
• Ready to build an agency with our help (of course!) and earn some of the most generous bonuses in the industry? I mean bonuses up to 5 figures per month PLUS commissions!! Got ya covered!

How do you qualify? Let's take a look:

• SUCCESSFUL & STABLE work experience.
• Sales experience desired
• Management and/or Leadership Experience preferred
• Self employment experience is a plus but not required
• Competitive

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Requirements

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Becoming Licensed IS required. Property & Casualty PLUS Life & Health should be obtained within the first 60 days of joining us. Don't worry...we'll help with resources!
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Career minded vision.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Desire and ability to work with people to fill their needs with our products and your expertise

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $74,103.00 - $87,847.00 per year
