Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on life, health, and annuity insurance options tailored to their needs
• Build strong relationships with clients through virtual consultations and consistent communication
• Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate insurance products to meet individual goals
• Manage your client base, leads, and sales activities using online tools and CRM systems
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Actively generate new business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with team leaders for ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

• Valid life and health insurance license (required)
• Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred, but not required
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients remotely
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to utilize technology for managing client relationships and sales processes
