Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Forge meaningful connections with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their insurance needs and delivering tailored advice.

Policy Solutions: Create and propose customized insurance plans that address the unique requirements of each client.

Sales Excellence: Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about current insurance industry trends to provide clients with updated and relevant information.

Efficiency: Manage client communications and inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service remotely.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Licensing: Active Iowa Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both required languages.

Customer Focused: A demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining high productivity.

Tech Proficient: Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools is desirable.
