About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of DEIB strategies that align with the company's overall strategic plan. This includes providing strategic consultation and guidance for DEIB initiatives across both U.S. and international programs, integrating DEIB into all business processes, and building trusted partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert, advocating for an inclusive culture, and ensuring that DEIB principles are embedded in talent practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years' experience in DEIB or relevant roles, and a proven track record of successfully embedding DEIB into the culture of a global organization. Applicants for the Managing Director, DEIB position at the company should be adept at advising senior leaders on DEIB strategies, leading change, and managing DEIB teams and programs. A global perspective, analytical skills, and a strong commitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are essential.
