Supervise and support Regulatory Department, back up to manager, compliance with existing and emerging regulations, standards guidance documents TTB,IFRA. Kosher, halal and Organic, product labeling, good allergens, modified foods, bioengineering , nutrition, FEMA GRAS, FDA, USDA, Prop 65 and international laws ingredients for MFG.
