Job Title: Organizational Development Analyst Location: Washington, DC Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance Position Overview: Kwaan Bear Technology seeks an experienced Organizational Development Analyst to lead and support process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and enhancing organizational processes, performing in-depth research, and ensuring that data-driven decisions align with institutional goals. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and conceptualize process improvement projects across Department functions.
+ Conduct thorough analyses of current organizational processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
+ Prepare and formulate responses to institutional data and statistics requests, addressing both internal and external queries.
+ Participate in the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated self-assessment programs to guide institutional planning and decision-making.
+ Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects, including user experience studies for Department-managed software applications.
+ Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate research insights into work processes and routines.
+ Communicate findings effectively to audiences with varying levels of research understanding, using data visualization for clarity.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and policies.
+ Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
+ Masters degree in a relevant field, such as organizational communication, organizational design, program evaluation, human-computer interaction, or information systems; or a bachelors degree with equivalent experience in organizational research and improvement.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, business analysis, or related fields.
+ Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and information.
+ Experience in process improvement and/or change management.
+ Skilled in implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to multicultural and non-technical audiences.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent organizational skills.
+ Commitment to fostering a culture of learning and open debate.
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and action-oriented, with resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Salesforce.
+ Background working with government clients.
+ Familiarity with collaboration and project management software.
+ Experience in UX testing and user research on technology platforms.
+ Six Sigma certification.
