• Perform A/R & A/P tasks

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

• Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.

• Support various departments with clerical tasks and project coordination.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients and vendors.

• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to meet company commercial auto insurance requirements
