The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of patent prosecution experience, with a background in drafting and prosecuting software applications in technologies including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence/machine learning, networking, and enterprise software systems. Applicants must be detail-oriented and possess strong technical writing skills. Transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be requested. This Patent (Team) Attorney position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions and features a lower yearly billable hour requirement.
