What will you be doing?

• Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees with accuracy and attention to deadlines
• Reviewing and verifying timekeeping records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Responding to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and timecard issues in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting the HR and accounting teams with payroll reporting, audits, and administrative tasks as needed

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently
• Experience with payroll systems (such as ADP, Paychex, or similar) and a solid understanding of wage and hour laws
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
