About the Role:

The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships within the banking sector. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking or customer service roles.

• Experience with financial products and services.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide personalized banking solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
