The Manager-in-Training (MIT) position is crafted for ambitious individuals who are
motivated to take on leadership roles within the organization. This role is a key part of AO’s
leadership development path, designed to offer hands-on experience and in-depth training
across various facets of the business. The ultimate goal is to thoroughly prepare candidates
for leadership by instilling the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel as
a manager. This includes:
