Provide administrative support to teams or executives remotely, handling tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry.

Responsibilities

· Email management and correspondence

· Calendar organization and scheduling

· Data entry and record-keeping

· Document preparation and editing

· Virtual meeting coordination

· Customer service and support

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 0-2 years of administrative experience

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)

· Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

· Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

· Certification in administrative assistance (e.g., CAP, CAA)

· Experience with CRM software

· Familiarity with project management tools

Technical Skills

· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

· Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

· Video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
