Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required. As a Remote Insurance Sales Producer, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing expert guidance and exceptional service to our clients.

We offer a competitive wage for our sales team. First year earning potential: $50,000 - $70,000 (base salary, commission and bonuses).

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
• Policy Customization: Recommend and design insurance plans that align with individual client requirements.
• Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.

• Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License preferred but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Customer-Centric: Dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Adaptability: Ability to be productive and collaborative while working in a hybrid remote setup.
• Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a team and fostering positive relationships.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and other communication platforms is a plus.
