What You'll Do
As a Major Market Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new clients while building lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting & Networking: Identifying mid-market businesses and building relationships through targeted outreach.
Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and demonstrating how our solutions address their needs.
Presenting Value: Delivering engaging sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our HR and payroll services.
Building Relationships: Nurturing connections with key referral sources and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Sales Planning: Developing and managing accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
Client Onboarding: Ensuring a seamless transition for new clients, including paperwork and initial payroll setup.
Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with Client Services and Implementation teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Mentoring: Supporting less experienced sales executives to foster team success.
You'll also maintain detailed records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM and uphold ethical business practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a sales professional who brings experience, enthusiasm, and a solution-driven approach to every interaction. The ideal candidate has:
Experience: 3-10 years of success in consultative B2B SaaS sales, particularly with mid-market companies (50-500 employees).
Sales Expertise: A track record of managing 3-4 week sales cycles and closing deals in the $30K-$40K range.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Drive: The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education: A 4-year business degree.
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in technology or business services sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Success in other consultative selling environments.
