Overview:
SECONDARY MARKETING MIDDLE OFFICE OPERATIONS LEADER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for the consolidation of, reporting, communication and alignment of the management of Secondary Marketings daily, monthly and ongoing strategic business plan. Core leader with ability to take discrete and broad qualitative/quantitative inputs and outputs from the front office and back office of Secondary Marketing as well as key partners/stakeholders across the company; to guide/track our internal/external KPIs/KRIs as set forth by the business/company. What you will do
- Single Point of Contact for metric reporting and accountability reporting for daily Secondary Marketing strategy.
- Works closely with traders, and risk managers to centralize assumptions with respect to pricing, trading, and hedging considerations for alignment to Secondarys policies, processes and procedures.
- Communicates, coordinates and manages all investor reporting and fulfillment requirements at the direction of the Secondary Marketing Manager and/or Traders.
- Single Point of Contact for all investors, counterparties around the day to day running of Secondary Marketing. Including at risk trade limit reporting, mark to market outputs as defined/managed by the Secondary Marketing Manager and/or Traders.
- Integral leader within the business unit working with 2nd LOD partners for any all-communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics.
- Integral leader within the business responsible for management of whole loan trade fulfillment, GSE pools, Servicing Released sales and coordination with Secondary Marketing Manager and Treasury/Finance/Accounting on key forecast metrics.
- Single point of contact for executive report outs in coordination and partnering with Secondary Marketing Manager.
- Key leader to coordinate with operations, sales, product and credit for residential guideline liquidity measures/metrics.
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10-15 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners.
Skills and Knowledge
- Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank.
- Investor Delivery/Fulfillment

Compensation Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
