About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on employment law to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical legal advice on a wide range of North American employment law issues, from the entire employee lifecycle to compliance with labor and employment laws. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should possess exceptional project management skills, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. The role demands a practical, business-oriented approach, and the ability to communicate legal solutions clearly and concisely. This role requires a self-motivated team player with a JD degree, at least 10 years' of relevant experience, and a strong background in handling employment litigation and charges. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in overseeing internal investigations, driving complex employment compliance projects, and supporting the company's compensation and benefits programs.A proactive, collaborative, and strategic thinker with a passion for employment law is ideal for this fast-paced technology environment.
