The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and leadership in a wide range of corporate transactional activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other commercial arrangements. This role also involves financial transactions such as credit facilities, debt offerings, and derivatives.
