What You’ll Do:

As a Tax Senior Manager specializing in High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, Private Clients, and Private Equity, you’ll play a key role in leading and shaping the growth of the new West Palm Beach office. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving technical tax compliance and consulting efforts, and mentoring staff to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing complex partnership tax returns and high-net-worth individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing tailored tax solutions and planning strategies for private equity and HNW clients.
  • Assisting the broader tax team in resolving day-to-day tax challenges and addressing complex tax matters.
  • Liaising with federal and state tax authorities as needed.
  • Conducting in-depth research on complex tax issues to provide informed solutions.
  • Managing engagement planning, mentoring, and training junior staff.
  • Cultivating relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the firm’s growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 6 years of tax experience with a strong focus on compliance and research, particularly in Private Equity taxation.
  • CPA certification or CPA eligibility (MS in Taxation preferred).
  • Public accounting experience is required.
  • Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Confidence in handling client interactions with professionalism and executive presence.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working in a paperless environment.
