Job Title: SEO Manager / Specialist
Pay range $57 - 60/hr
Work Type: Hybrid
Location: Framingham, MA

Job Description:

Drive organic growth and enhance brand visibility as our SEO Manager. You'll lead the development and execution of global SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Technical SEO: Optimize website architecture, site speed, and mobile-friendliness to improve search engine rankings.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
• Keyword Research: Identify and target relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
• Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies to execute SEO campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization

Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Description:

Contribute to our SEO team as an SEO Specialist. You'll support the implementation of SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Identify and prioritize target keywords.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers.
• Technical SEO: Assist with technical SEO tasks, such as fixing broken links and improving site speed.
• Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance.
• Reporting: Create regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
