We are looking for a seasoned Tech Recruiter to help build our Product Management, Design and Engineering teams. Note: this role will be based in San Francisco, and we have a hybrid collaboration culture with 1-2 in-office days preferred per week. This is not a remote position. What you'll do Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design teams within Airtable. You'll devise top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches, and run point on offers and closing candidates. Partner with Product, Design and Eng leaders on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have a world-class talent function. Design and implement recruiting programs for your teams that enhance our recruiting efforts, such as referrals drives, interview training, and recruiting marketing initiatives. Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity. Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with our Hiring Managers and Recruiting Coordinators to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported, and informed. Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers. Provide direction and support to the recruiting team that works alongside you — Sourcers, Coordinators, and Recruiters all work together to make magic happen! Who you are 6+ years of full cycle experience in tech recruiting, specifically in product management and product design. You have a deep understanding of product and design organizations, including an eye for reviewing portfolios. You’re strategic, methodical and creative when it comes to sourcing great talent and building a diverse top of funnel. You’re adept at managing both specialized and high volume pipelines while moving with urgency. You’re a proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease. You’re familiar with recruiting tools & platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse and you’re energized by new technologies that can superpower your workflow (Airtable, AI, etc). You’re data-oriented and have a strong attention to detail; not only are you comfortable pulling data and metrics, you’re also able to tell the story behind the data. You have excellent written and verbal communication; we’re a distributed team and collaborate across Slack, zoom, and time zones. You’re insatiably curious and a lifelong learner, always seeking to improve your craft and to learn everything there is to know about the company, the teams you partner with, the market, recruiting... you know you are never done learning and invest in the journey!
