Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract in Home Health Care. This role requires flexibility, excellent time management, and the ability to provide top•quality care in a home setting. Key Responsibilities: • Expected to work 40 hours per week. • Must be flexible to float as required. • All time off needs to be approved in advance and made up. • No on•call requirement. Qualifications: • Current BLS certification. • Valid CA RN License. • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. • Must have Home Health experience. • Must have OASIS experience. • No more than a 1•year gap in employment. • Must be able to complete all documentation on the same day. • Experience with Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average 26•28). • Ability to manage 20•25 cases per week, 5•7 points per day. Additional Information: • Scrub Color Requirement: Any color. • Parking: To be determined. • Pay Cycle: Sunday•Saturday. • Orientation: About 2•3 days of orientation. • Once a week, presence in the office is mandatory. • Office Hours: Branches are open 8am • 5pm, but patient visits may occur before or after these hours. • Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patient's home.
