Requirements Manage store budgets, track sales, control costs, and monitor profit margins to ensure financial targets are met. Manage all aspects of the coffee and acai bowl stores' daily operations, inventory management, product orders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, growth, and high performance. Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Monitor stock levels, manage vendor relationships, and order supplies to ensure items are fully stocked at all times. Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and presentation, ensuring consistency across all items served. Proactively address operational issues, customer concerns, or employee conflicts to keep the shop running smoothly. Ensure the coffee and acai bowl shops are compliant with food safety regulations, health codes, and labor laws. Qualifications: 5+ years in managing a coffee shop, caf, or similar fast-paced environment. Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and have a passion for great customer service, with a customer-first and quality-focused mentality. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial and labor reports, and implement cost-saving strategies. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication experience. Experience in inventory management and staff scheduling. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service. Ability to work early, late and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
